1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Not be an item listed under “Non-Returnable Items.”

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached. Include the RA number clearly on the package or on a note inside.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 940-862-7320 within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
